TRANS-TALK was a thematic network on policy and project evaluation methodologies. Its transport work identified challenges for decision-making, evaluation and research.

The third workshop examined the relationship between research and evaluation, future transport research priorities and funding arrangements. Its programme invited participants to consider knowledge gained from earlier European research programmes and experience with national and European evaluation systems.
